Does the Q4 e-tron have Audi's zFAS controller?

No. The Q4 e-tron uses VW Group's MEB architecture with independent sensor modules, not the centralised zFAS controller found in MLB-based models like the A6 and A8. But Audi wraps it in Pre Sense branding and applies its own calibration protocols, so a VW-specific procedure won't work.
