The Audi A7 Sportback is essentially an A6 with a fastback roofline – same MLB platform, same zFAS module, same ADAS hardware. But the A7's more steeply raked windscreen changes the angle at which the forward camera sits, and that means the A7 requires its own camera calibration reference distinct from the A6. If your A7's Active Lane Assist or Pre Sense stopped working after a windscreen replacement, the camera wasn't recalibrated to the Sportback's geometry.

Common questions about calibrating ADAS systems on the Audi A7
The A7 Sportback has a more steeply raked windscreen than the A6 sedan. Although they share identical camera hardware on the MLB platform, the camera sits at a different angle in the A7. Calibration targets must be positioned for the A7's specific geometry – an A6 calibration procedure applied to an A7 will produce inaccurate lane tracking and distance measurement.
