Abarth 600e ADAS Calibration

The 600e is Abarth's newest electric performance model – based on the Fiat 600e and built on the Stellantis eCMP platform. Unlike the 500e, which uses the Fiat small-car architecture, the 600e sits on the same platform as the Peugeot e-2008 and Vauxhall Mokka-e. A full ADAS suite is fitted as standard, including AEB, ACC, and Lane Keeping Assist. Body shops familiar with Stellantis CMP will recognise the sensor layout – but Abarth owners may not realise their performance car needs the same post-repair ADAS attention.

ADAS Systems on Your Abarth 600e

The 600e sits on the Stellantis eCMP platform:

  • Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) – automatic braking using front radar and windscreen camera
  • Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) – radar-based speed and distance management
  • Lane Keeping Assist – corrective steering when drifting without indicating
  • Lane Departure Warning – audible alert when crossing lane markings
  • Traffic Sign Recognition – camera-based speed limit detection
  • Intelligent Speed Assist – speed adjustment based on detected signs
  • Blind Spot Monitoring – rear bumper sensors for adjacent lane detection
  • Rear Cross Traffic Alert – cross-traffic warning when reversing
  • 360° Surround View – four cameras for parking (depending on trim)

The front camera sits behind the rear-view mirror. The radar is in the front bumper. The eCMP platform's sensor positions match the Stellantis standard layout shared across multiple brands.

When Your Abarth 600e Needs ADAS Calibration

After Front Bumper Repair or Aftermarket Modifications

Performance owners fitting aftermarket body kits, splitters, or custom bumper covers to the 600e risk shifting the front radar. AEB and ACC both depend on this sensor. If cruise control stopped working after bodywork, radar recalibration restores the system.

After Windscreen Replacement

AEB, Lane Keeping Assist, TSR, and ISA depend on the windscreen camera. Every glass replacement requires recalibration – our windscreen calibration at £199 follows Stellantis-standard procedures proven across the CMP range.

Upgrading from 595/695 to 600e

Owners stepping up from the old ICE 595 or 695 to the 600e will experience a car with full ADAS for the first time. Every sensor needs calibration if disturbed by a repair – a concept that simply did not exist on the old platform. See all Abarth models

Abarth 600e ADAS Calibration — FAQ

Common questions about calibrating ADAS systems on the Abarth 600e

No. The 600e uses the Stellantis eCMP platform (shared with Peugeot e-2008 and Fiat 600e), while the 500e uses the Fiat small-car BEV platform. Sensor positions and calibration procedures differ between the two.
